Over four decades, he has operated at the intersection of strategy, risk, operations, and governance:

Coached and introduced Lean Six Sigma integrated with ISO 9001 at Geneva Rock, a Utah based construction and materials company. The team eventually led the company to boost project incentive payments from under 7% to 23+%.
Advised Intuitive Surgical on building risk-based supplier audit frameworks within its Supplier Quality organization
Supported executive leadership at DuPont to cascade KPIs from the C-suite to first-line supervisors, strengthening enterprise-wide performance visibility and accountability. Key role in deployment of DuPont Production System (modeled after the Toyota Production System).
Contributed to Dell’s large-scale Business Process Improvement initiative, helping drive more than $1B in operational savings.
Enabled the enterprise launch of Lean Six Sigma at Applied Materials, establishing training and certification pathways across global operations, and linked it to Value Engineering at the design phase
Co-founded BLOXR, which developed the world’s first lead-free radiation shielding cream and achieved FDA De Novo clearance. The effort involved extensive Risk Management across the entire supply chain to ensure Excellence in Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
Enabled sound decision making for risks associated with “keep on market” vs. “remove from market” for a critical spinal product via use of practical Risk Management techniques for Abbott Spine.
